刚来西昌的时候朋友就一直想要带我来吃这家烧烤，时间过得真快，我这马上就走了才来。在胜利北路尽头的样子了，感觉附近有些荒凉，不过烧烤还是有好几家，22路或者10路的终点站下车，然后再往前方走一段路。可能由于地理位置的缘故，生意不算火爆，但也不错。刚坐下服务员就端来了蘸料，她们家的蘸料直接给上两种，一种就是辣椒面和豆面，豆面里面有花生碎，还有一种是液体的，有点酸。生火的速度，上菜的速度都比较快。牛肉跟小猪儿肉是烧烤必点，我们又只有两个人就只点了这两个菜各半斤（这家可以半斤起点）和一个茄子。牛肉可以烤也可以烫，他有提供一个小的平底锅，里面应该是油，放了辣椒跟酸，烧开之后直接把牛肉放进去烫好，夹出来放在蘸料碗里，吃着口感味道都非常好，当然肉的口感还要根据个人烫的程度，嫩一点比较爽口，这个得凭个人经验啦??。茄子就一整个放上去烤，等它自己爆开以后将搭配的酱（泡菜啊）倒在上边，再烤一会儿，入味之后很美味。最后结账的时候老板娘建议我们用攻略买张券，因为这家桌子费比较贵，菜品都是白菜价，关键是他们这边是可以自己带菜来烧烤，他们提供桌子场地。可是，朋友很倔强，就是不要团券，他说他前几次来吃，每次老板娘都会这样告诉他，他都忘记。

实际上，最开始是朋友推介去吃胡四哥的。但是一路堵车走到胡四哥门口发现大排长龙，误打误撞的走到旁边停满当地车牌汽车的周兵野炊烧烤营地，人多，味道好，菜品新鲜，份量足，关键价格确实是惊呆小伙伴了。强烈推荐去西昌的朋友一定要去试试看这家，牛肉放到盘子里烤，脑花在砂锅里烤，美味的干海椒面➕豆面沾碟，还有一个叫不出名字的醋碟，入味到爆炸??。确实还可以连续吃八天，。联系老板每桌配一把剪刀✂。肉都太大了。塞近嘴里不方便。哈哈。
